These Terms & Conditions outline the rules and guidelines for using TeenPattiGold.Pro and engaging with our Android development services. By accessing our website www.TeenPattiGold.Pro or hiring us for a project, you agree to comply with these terms.

1. Quotes & Project Engagement

All quotes and cost estimates are based on the information available at the time of discussion. Any changes in features, design, scope, or integrations may affect the price and delivery schedule. Revised quotes will always be shared for approval before proceeding.

2. Payments

• An advance payment may be required to begin development.
• Remaining payments are charged based on milestones or completion.
• Work may be paused in case of delayed or incomplete payments.
• Payments already made are non-refundable once work has begun.

3. Ownership & Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you own:

• Final deliverables
• Production-ready source code
• App assets created specifically for your project

We retain ownership of:

• Reusable components, libraries, or internal tools
• Frameworks used under open-source licenses
• Our internal development processes and templates

We may display non-confidential work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.

4. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate project requirements and timely feedback.
• Share content, credentials, and resources needed for development.
• Respond to approvals and queries promptly to avoid delays.
• Ensure all supplied content respects copyrights and legal standards.

5. Deliverables, Warranties & Limitations

We guarantee that the final deliverables will match the approved project scope. Except for agreed warranties, all services are provided on an “as-is” basis.

TeenPattiGold.Pro is not responsible for:

• Losses caused by misuse, third-party modifications, or external service failures.
• Damage caused by hosting providers, ad networks, or payment gateways.
• Downtime caused by third-party APIs or server providers.

6. Maintenance & Support

Maintenance is available through a separate support plan or on a per-request basis. This includes bug fixes, small improvements, and minor updates. New features or major updates will be quoted separately.

7. Third-Party Services

Apps may use third-party APIs, analytics, ad networks, hosting, or payment systems. Each third-party service has its own terms, policies, and fees. We are not responsible for changes or downtime caused by them.

8. Confidentiality

All private information, project details, and proprietary materials shared with us will remain confidential and used only for the purpose of delivering your project.

9. Termination

Either party may end a project at any time through written notice. You will be billed for all completed work and any booked resources up to the termination date.

10. Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from delays, technical issues, failed integrations, server outages, or third-party failures.

11. Dispute Resolution

If any dispute arises, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith discussion. If unresolved, matters will be handled under applicable laws of Pakistan.
